Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused standard items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund less shipping.

To return an item, please contact us at returns@filaforge.com and we will provide you with a return shipping label. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Custom Products

We do not accept returns on custom products as they are made specifically for you.

If you are not satisfied with your custom product, you can contact us returns@filaforge.com and we will work with you to find a solution. We may be able to offer you a refund, replacement, or a discount on a future purchase.

We appreciate your understanding of our non-returnable policy on custom products. We hope that you will continue to do business with us in the future.

Exchanges

We will exchange items for the same item in a different size or color. If you are exchanging an item, please contact us at returns@filaforge.com to arrange for the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at returns@filaforge.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We may offer you a replacement item or a refund.

Lost Items

If your item is lost in transit, please contact us at sales@filaforge.com, and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier.
